Easy monitor of all unclosed task in Dashboard and task overdue days indicates task haven’t close yet. Task chat forum allow the user to communicate between complainant, MO staff and even the Management office HQ.

Smart Automation Module (Internet of Things)
Automate your Facility Booking by BMS

This module enables system user to control electric and mechanical appliances using their mobile phones.Control panel will be provided to the system user to control all the appliances which are connected to the IoT devices. For ex. Lights, Fans, Air Conditions, Doors, etc.

IoT devices also connected with the meetings room to access the appliances inside the meeting room. Every IoT device for meeting room has unique QR code. After tenants book any meeting room, they will receive email containing scanner, to scan the QR and after successful scanning they will be given control panel to control all the appliances in that meeting room. This control panel can be only accessible for the respective booking slots only. Also system user can manage appliances of common area through web portal and set the timing for on and off.

Request for Proposal
Automate your RFQ by BMS

Request for Proposal Module allow Management office to upload all quotations in the system, Then MO will select shortlisted quotations and send these quotations to all JMB/MC members to select one from them

JMB/MC will recieve link on their emails and from that link they will able to choose one quotation and the quotation which got more votes will be awarded with that project.

E-Notice

With e-Notice module user could send bulk messages to residents via email messaging.

These module has a feature to send to all residents or only to a certain block/Street, or to a certain unit(s) only. And able to get the email is sent or bounced back.

Meeting
