Why do the residents have to register?
PropAssist is a smart community platform that secures the community with the latest technology and platform. It provides features that are beneficial to everyone and can assist them in their daily life. The features assist them when they are in danger (PANIC button), informs them of their visitors’ arrival (Visitors notification), & more.
How long will it take to roll out PropAssist in my neighbourhood?
It usually takes 8 days to roll out from the day your Committee signed the agreement.
Who can use the Visitor Function?
Residents & Committees who have joined into the PropAssist.
What are benefits of using the system?
2 Tier security level, where barrier gate only opens upon successful visitor registered in VMS. If security guards bypass the system and press the push button to open the barrier gate, VMS keep a log of which gate was opened manually with the date and time stamp.
How do I pre-book my visitor?
Residents just required to enter visit type and vehicle number of the visitor, and the rest will be taken care by the security guard.
How long my Visitor's Data is kept in the system
Your visitor data kept in local VMS computer as well as in the Cloud server, and there is no limit in keeping the data in VMS system
How do Residents access to PropAssist system?
For login in into the system residents required to use their email address which registered in MO as username and for password they required to use the default password which is 123456
How do you managed residents data?
We have PDPA agreement signed with the client and the resident data are protected. Please check our PDPA agreement
